We hope you are Happy with your Rivolto® purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our policy outlined below.

Returns and Refunds

To start a return or Refunds, please contact us at askrivolto@gmail.com or visit our Contact Us page to request a returns form. Providing detailed information about your return or exchange will help us process your request more efficiently.

 

Shipping Cost of Return: We do not offer free returns. This means that if you decide to return an item, you will need to pay for the shipping cost to send the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service to ensure the item reaches us safely, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Conditions for Returns

·       Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received them.

·       Items must be in unused condition and securely packaged.

·       You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

·       For international orders, we cannot process exchanges, but you may return the item and re-order the correct size or color.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will process your request promptly. You will be notified of the progress by email.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. The time taken for the refund to credit your account will depend on your bank.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return and re-delivery of the exchanged item, unless the item is faulty, in which case return postage will be fully refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was a gift, the same rules apply. However, refunds will only be made to the original buyer, not the recipient.
